A: All CrunchDaddy Popcorn is made-to-order and shipped fresh. While it can remain fresh in the packaging for several weeks, we highly recommend that you consume it as soon as possible and not delay your satisfaction! HOWEVER, once opened, please take care to ensure that the products are kept tightly sealed in the package in order to maintain optimal freshness. Popcorn that is allowed to sit open can go stale quickly. Never freeze or refrigerate popcorn!
Q: I need to order CrunchDaddy Popcorn and send it to someone as a gift. Can you please not send the invoice showing prices?
A: Absolutely! When we see that the recipient of the order is different from the buyer, we automatically send a packing slip (that does not show pricing) rather than an invoice.
Q: Can I include a card or gift note with my order?
A: You can use the "Comments" section of your order to include a special message to your recipient. We will highlight your message on the packing slip to ensure that it is seen.
Q: Can I order in advance of a holiday or other special occasion and have you delay shipping until a certain date?
A: Yes! The best way to let us know of your needs is to include instructions in the "Comments" section of your order. Should you forget to do that, please contact us with your needs after ordering so that we may take special care of your order.

Q: I am supposed to receive a free bonus with my order, but I don't see it in my shopping cart or invoice. Will I receive it?
A: Indeed! If your order qualifies for a bonus offer, your free popcorn will ship automatically and will not appear on your invoice or in your shopping cart.
Q: You offer a free upgrade to Priority Mail shipping when Parcel Post is selected, but I was not offered a choice for Parcel Post. What gives?
A: For some destinations, the USPS does not offer an option for Parcel Post shipping. Thus, only Priority Mail service will be offered to you. If you are given a choice, select the less-expensive Parcel Post option and we will upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail at no additional cost. The upgrade will not appear on your invoice, but we will take care of processing the upgrade.
Q: Is your popcorn non-GMO?
A: The good news is that popcorn comes from a different seed than the corn that we commonly consume as a vegetable. Q: Is your popcorn organic?
A: At this time we do not offer organic products, but we hope to incorporate more organic ingredients and offer organic selections in the future.
Q: Is your popcorn gluten-free?
A: Our products do not contain any wheat, nor are there any wheat products used in our kitchen or on our equipment.
Q: Are your products kosher or halal?
A: Our products are neither kosher nor halal certified.
Q: Are any of your products safe for people with peanut or nut allergies?
A: All of our products are processed on equipment that is used to produce products with nuts and peanuts. Therefore, NONE of our products are considered safe for consumption by persons with allergies to peanuts or nuts. This advisory also pertains to products that do not specifically list peanuts or tree nuts among the ingredients.
Q: I heard that you offer a discount for active duty military? How can I use that?
A: Yes! We believe in supporting our military and their families as best we can! Our 25% military discount may be used by our service personnel on active duty as well as by friends and family members who are purchasing gifts of popcorn to be shipped to an APO or FPO address. Q: Do you offer (or plan to offer) any chocolate drizzled popcorn varieties?
A: Currently we do not produce any chocolate coated products. We love chocolate drizzled popcorn, provided that it is made with REAL chocolate rather than a compound coating. Sadly, most "chocolate drizzled" popcorn is not made with real chocolate, but rather a compound coating that sacrifices the chocolate liquor and cocoa fat for cocoa powder and vegetable oil in order to make it shelf-stable. The result is a waxy, cocoa-flavored product that may look like real chocolate, but is far inferior in taste and texture. Check the ingredients of any "chocolate drizzled" product for palm kernel oil or vegetable oil and you will see that the manufacturer is using a compound coating rather than real chocolate. If there comes a time that we offer a chocolate coated product, we can assure you that we will only use real chocolate on CrunchDaddy Popcorn.
Q: Do you sell a Chicago Mix or caramel and cheese popcorn mixed together?
A: No. Honestly, while we know that Chicago style popcorn is popular with some folks, we're not fans of that mix... but you're welcome to blend any CrunchDaddy Popcorn flavors that you wish! Crunch On!
Q: When will CrunchDaddy Popcorn be available in a store near me?
A: CrunchDaddy Popcorn is currently available at numerous locations in and around Baltimore, Maryland. While we will continue to expand our reach throughout the Baltimore/Washington area, we do not have plans for nationwide distribution just yet! Q: I'm planning to have a popcorn bar at my party/reception. Any tips for making it work?
A: The popcorn bar is a great idea, provided that you have some way of keeping the popcorn FRESH! Popcorn is a delicate product and can go stale in less than an hour if it is left exposed to the open air. Therefore we recommend that you either pre-portion the popcorn for your guests or serve the popcorn from a container that has a lid or other device in place for keeping the popcorn fresh.

Q: Does CrunchDaddy Popcorn have a retail store or factory that we can visit?
A: CrunchDaddy Popcorn is produced in a licensed commercial kitchen, but we are unable to accommodate visitors at this time, including requests for order pickup. We do not maintain our own retail store, but rather offer our products to retailers in the Baltimore/Washington area. Orders placed for delivery in Howard County, Maryland will be delivered by CrunchDaddy Popcorn staff (local delivery is free for orders of $25 or more; otherwise, a $5 fee applies).
