    As a professional chef, we have all been called upon to make a flavored pop corn for some purpose. When I was eating this, I felt like Salieri eating Mozart's pop corn. Apropos that I was listening to the Piano Concerto #26 at the time. Again, quality ingredients, skillfully prepared and balanced, to a gingerbread affect, if you can believe it, but without the cloying mouth feel of baked goods. No wonder I ate half the bag as I was driving to my next appointment - without feeling weighted down. Light as a feather. It is the Yin to the M&B's Yang. Awesome.

    This popcorn flavor combination is awesome!! The crystalized ginger paired with sesame seeds makes this combination of flavors dance in your mouth.
