(1) When should I place my order for the holidays?
(2) If I order now, can you make sure that my order is shipped/delivered to arrive by a certain date?
The best time to place your holiday orders is always "as soon as possible"! We expect a high volume of orders this season, so early planning on your part helps us to ensure that your order is produced and scheduled for shipment as smoothly as possible! We make everything fresh and want to ship your popcorn for on-time arrival AND optimal freshness!
Please use the comments section of your order(s) to specify the desired arrival dates for your gifts. If you do not provide shipping instructions your order will be shipped ASAP, which is usually within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. As a small company, all products are "made to order", as we do not pre-make or warehouse any of our products. Thus, expect for shipping to happen within 2-3 business days of placing your order unless you specify otherwise, such as for arrival at a later date.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based.
For Residents of Howard County, Maryland
We offer free delivery for our customers in Howard County, Maryland with a minimum order of $40. Orders for less than $40 will be charged a flat $5 fee for delivery. Deliveries will typically take place within 2-3 days of placing your order. Customer pick-up of orders is not available, as we do not have a retail store.

In the event that your purchase is received in a damaged condition, please notify the shipper immediately, as they are are responsible for delivering your parcels in an undamaged condition. You may refuse delivery of any shipment that appears to be damaged.

We may offer to reship the product, credit your account (for store credit) or refund your purchase so that you are satisfied with your experience with CrunchDaddy Popcorn.
